Shayna K. Cavanaugh is passionate about helping her clients obtain the best possible outcome for their legal issues, however complex or problematic their cases may seem. She focuses on what is most important to each individual and strives to give her clients the support, advice, and guidance they need and deserve. She is here to guide you through all drivers license matters.

Shayna moved to Naples in 1997 with her husband and business partner, Daniel M. Cavanaugh. Prior to starting her own practice, Shayna was an attorney for Legal Aid of Collier County, where she worked with clients who had limited means and substantial needs. Through this experience, Shayna learned how to customize her service to her clients and to provide top-tier service even when circumstances are challenging.

Shayna has also served as a guest instructor at local colleges and universities to speak on Legal Issues. 

More personally, Shayna and Dan raised their two children in Naples and both adult children are now contributing to the growth of their law practice. In their free time, they enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

Member/Investigator – Local Advocacy Counsel – investigated and reported on complaints against Florida Department of Children and Families
